Lisa has healthcare administration experience spanning care management, healthcare operations, and revenue cycle. She has participated in Software as a Service (SaaS) product development to optimize patient flow and increase acute care capacity. Lisa offers consulting services to tech companies entering the healthcare sphere and to acute care leaders looking to implement best practices. Lisa has advanced training in healthcare administration, integrated primary and behavioral health, trauma-informed medical care, and healthcare innovation. She is a graduate of the Masters in Healthcare Innovation Program at University of Pennsylvania. Lisa is a founding board member and former president of the American Case Management Association (ACMA) New York Chapter, an editor for the Collaborative Case Management peer-reviewed publication, and a representative on the National Board for Case Management.
